I read where Cashman stated he was getting away from toxic financing and the conversions were frozen and there wasn't that much of it left

the most recently filed financials appear to be fairly positive

this is a pink sheet stock with revenues and plans..that seems to be somewhat rare

am I missing something here..appears to be some potential here to me
