Yep. Mental warfare. They know retail will crack, they always do. A few days of naked short selling, a down sector...and impatience. Suddenly it's WWIII and life as we know it is over. Then the next day comes...few people know that NITE and CDEL make 40% of their annual revenue making markets, while 60% is made naked short selling OTC issues. The few million dollar fines they receive are NOMINAL compared to what they bank. FINRA obliges them. Anybody can be paid to play. FVRD long to 03/04 near term. .11 longer term.
