Can someone explain where the value in HIP is exactly? Despite being associated with The Hip with that investment, what's the angle here?

The website states "Newstrike is rebranding our licensed producer together with our stakeholders, members of The Tragically Hip. Check back often for further information and upcoming news on brand development."

So the value here is in the future re-brand? According to their FS their assets are mostly in property, plant, equipment ... so CanniMed sees value in this investment or value in the undisclosed rebrand?

I don't get it.
