Lindy, shareholders drive to the 2 addresses shown as company headquarters and learn that neither office location exists, they call the contact number provided that does not work, they tweet the company about what they learned, and you think they did something wrong. One thing that changed is the tweet about the offices and the phone still appears.
I do not agree with criticizing the messenger if you do not like the message, especially when the message is factual. You asked me candid questions and I responded with complete honesty.
If you ever buy a car, make sure you do not take a test drive. If you ever order a beer, make sure you do not taste a sample. Shame on you for letting others know what you factually learned. It sounds like you recommend no research and if you conduct any at all, be sure not to let others know what you did or did not find. Do not look for answers and if you find any, keep it to yourself.
I look at it differently. I had zero issues going to the offices that were not found and dialing the number that does not work. It's about one tenth of a penny so I could care less if they do or do not have an office or phone that works, which is 100% the case. Simply stated, no one should claim, assume or think they have office locations or a phone that works because it's not the case. If it works out, this information is meaningless.
A few years ago I bought TXTM after some people who follow OTC penny stocks I know suggested it would go up because of an anti-texting patent feature would be installed in automobiles. It was ultimately bs. I kept those shares that went to no bid and added shares when there was a bid; it's MJ story that resurrected it from no bid.
Office or no office, phone or no phone, I care way more if TXTM breaks through .0019 with volume. If they announce the merger/acquisition this week, which they should per the tweet(s) and they are issued the MJ license in South Africa, which they should per the PRs, tweets and shareholder update, we are golden.
