Well I don't remember using the term "major development" but it is interesting. APD is a significant company. Perhaps the "exclusive license agreement with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) for ten U.S. Patented lithium battery technologies with an option to acquire the ten U.S. Patents" might not seem significant to you, but I would bet good money that APD did not just give the licenses away to Alternet Systems or sell worthless licenses. Nor would they allow their company's name be used in a deceptive manner, unless that's how they got to $160 + / share.

It is simply an interesting development that comes on the heels of a R/S and name change. If Alex is that good a conman, maybe he conned AlterNet Systems into funding him.

There seem to be a few folks that are harboring major grudges against him. I think he's a bit of a conman (some might say salesman) but if I lost money to him, I would certainly not waste my time watching his company.
