OIL $64.31 now....decision time at $64.45 area....clean break higher opens $66's for OIL, rejection at $64.45 area, could well mean turn time and high is in, time for serious pullback....Which is it gonna be???

Reminder: Oil report out tomorrow, cause of holiday earlier this week....

I'll guess resistance holds $64.45 area and the turn starts here on down finally....could easily be wrong, but that's my guess....
