If this is another attempt by DECN to "pump and dump" then it does not seem to be working too well ..... stock slumps in this market!

Is this due to manipulation OR the market is tired of the Berman Babble?

The $5.3M financing that used shares but were locked up for three years UNLESS DECN BOD approved - Will these be used to dilute current stockholders.

Plutonium's negative outlook on shareholders (his flips, pinks, etc) and Berman's BS don't give much comfort.

ANY hope here for the non-preferred shareholder?
