Once news of the lottery ban lift, this will fly through multi pennies pps in no time, which was the minimum pps prior to ban lift April 2015, and all time high pps over $1.......All stocks pertaining to china's online lottery were SURGING big time just before the ban, due to surging lottery revenues.
$XCLL$ will definitely return to its minimum pps of multi pennies, with little to no effort, once ban is lifted.
