ViaOne Services will be holding the shares because it is their executive level management that is both building and running this company.

Anyone actually doing REAL due diligence would know that ViaOne Services is a profitable private company that does well over $100 million dollars a year in revenues.

They are in this for the long haul and obviously have some strategic things going on right now.

Unless you can provide an SEC filing to support your theory of their intent to sell, it is unfounded and cannot be substantiated.
