A) the suspension lifts automatically no matter what ABHI does or doesn’t do. 10 days is the most the SEC can suspended under any circumstance.

B) completing their filings and getting current will not get the company back to quoted trading...that ship has sailed.

C) they knew they were delinquent and played with fire. The SEC will not care one bit about their “excuse”.

Cornell appears to not know what he is talking about.

ABHI will be grey by Friday. Monday at the latest.
