Those shares are added to the shares outstanding but NOT to the float.

As I stated previously, Good Gaming cannot simply issue "free trading" common stock without an SEC registration statement.

That being said, the shares issued to ViaOne Services were issued as restricted shares.

In order for ViaOne Services to lift the restrictive legend off of the certificates they would have to file an SEC Form 144 which would be fully disclosed same as their 10Q's, 10k's and 8K filings.

Until they chose to file a FORM 144 and deposit the shares with a broker/dealer these shares will not be added to the float or sold into the market.

Good due diligence is always a sign of intelligence for a real investor.
