Fuel concept has no commercial promise. Many of the technical aspects have some serious flaws and regulatory hurdles. Areva only participating as a paid vendor with no risk. If it didn't face these challenges the large fabricators would be doing this themselves and rid themselves of an annoying partner.

JV extremely low probability due to LTBR's inability to raise cash. Areva is smart enough to examine their balance sheet and demand upfront payment. Probably the end of the road for this company.
