Sure, a total deal of $400mil might do it. That still probably puts any serious $ out in the future 1 - 3 years.

$20mill upfront looks mighty small to me considering the deals IPIX has mentioned in the PRs over the past 5 years. I am looking for much larger upfront $.

Hope we can get it.
