Yes, they have a 1:300 and it can happen anytime. The items they have on the website would support.03 a share price.
They appear to be working toward a fully reporting OTCQB status and remaining on the market at the required avg. .01 a share.
My personal thought is that they will stay above .02 and still have room to create capital while adding moderate amounts of shares to the market(as long as those shares are not convertible toxic debt).
