I believe this company partnered to tell Advaxis how to use their facility how to manufacture vaccine for distribution. The tell is in the first four words of the above quote "Define microbial production processes....."
Advaxis seems to be gearing up to produce product on a large scale now, in anticipation of EU approval, most likely. Doubtful this is for the doggie vaccine, as that line is pretty limited.
To look at this negatively, it could mean the people Advaxis hired to do this (they did, didn't they?) weren't up to the task, and now they are behind schedule.
So possibly not great news, but not terrible either. The manufacturing process will be handed over to them after Px figures it out, and I don't think this will take all that long to accomplish. Certainly before EU approval. BUT, if the EMA wants this information along with the application, that could indicate another delay.
