That 24th date significant or not is coming up soon. I know most seem to think the merger never closed thus the chap 11 has nothing to do with TALK communicating with us at this point...but maybe it does? I don't know if it does or not...I just figure we would have heard something good or bad if they weren't bound up by something. Maybe the conclusion of chap 11 opens things up a little ?
