The Co. lawyers then have to present everything to the SEC and prove they are legit. What a mess.“

Would suggest getting a new lawyer. That is not how it works.

The “10 days” is not a deadline in any shape or form.

ABHI will be moved to the grey market in days likely before Friday...or Monday at the latest. Even if they filed EVERYTHING today.

...and when it does go grey perhaps that lawyer can explain why their advice was wrong.
