Maybe you are right about good news and then sell shares at $10...but my experience is that companies reverse split because the news underpinning shares is lacking any real substance to move price. Likely, we will see share price errosion over the next few days and an offering will hit at $2.00 per share...10 million shares. That should give MNGA enough cash for 2018 burn.
