As I said ...”or”. The SEC suspension notices are a lot of boiler plate for a few different circumstances...I recall a stock once (specifics elude me at the moment) that took issue with that language as they said the notice was forwarded and not returned. Which could have been BS...but the SEC wouldn’t state what the details were. Either way that company ignored it.

In any event...ABHI made their bed...and now stuck shareholders have to sleep in it.
