Some thoughts, I’d be happy to hear what you guys think:

Clothing is the simplest and most affordable application for Hygeia in terms of manufacturing and selling, so the company is starting with that to attempt to grow revenues. From that base they hope to later branch off into more complex and lucrative industries including medical and military, and ultimately replicate this whole process with their other technologies and R&D.
