The DTC chill on $GOIG was lifted in July 2017. A new website domain www.goig-global.com was created in December 2017. $GOIG started to rise in price in January 2018.

No-one goes through the time and expense of getting corporate filings in order unless they have a plan of action. The removal of the DTC chill along with the new website it tells me a new operating company is coming to $GOIG within the near term.

What that operating company is (name, business sector, etc.), is still to be announced, but you can be sure the early birds are buying out the low price stock because they believe $GOIG is going up in price in 2018.
