NRZ

I bought some NRZ today on the selloff as well. They preannoucned core earnings to be really solid between .57-.65 which more than covers the divy. It yields well over 11.5%. And management is pretty good at growing the business. I happen to think NRZ is probably worth the low 20's right now, having said that I will collect my divy and wait in the meantime. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
