TD Ameritrade bought Scottrade

so as of yesterday or something like this if you are an active penny stock trader you can only sell there. No buys now so folks are moving to other accounts.

Or something like that is what I was told from another

I saw many pennies w/ 0 volume yesterday & today

that isn't normal so it makes sense
