INPX dumping today - just checked the filings and am sure this has something to do with it lol you will be asked to: (1) approve an amendment to our Restated Articles of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of our outstanding common stock at a ratio between 1-for-5 and 1-for-60, to be determined at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors
