There is nothing that indicates to me that there is no recovery . It’s all about the valuations . Now we can all go back and forth as to what might happen but the valuations are what going to make this happen for us . The judge in imho has really shown his dislike for the debtors and their value. Remember that if there was no chance at all for recovery then that would have been addressed a long time ago . We are we’re we are today because something isn’t right so the judge is going to make sure that all hands are on the table before making a decision . Now i know better then to say that recovery is gonna happen because I know that until the documents are signed nothing is official so we don’t know . All we can do is speculate based on what has happened so far . I am 50/50 on this matter but I’m trying to be 90/10 lol. What ever happens bbepq will have a nice run just watch .
