Nice I’m doing the same cause my gut tells me if he denies it your going to see some serious jumping going on . I have been threw many a BKs and this judge really has the shareholders in mind . Allot of Bk judges are suppose to be fare but many don’t care . Judge burnstein has more then proven to all of us that he is a fair man. When he called out the debtors a few weeks ago for there valuation not changing even though the oil price has Gone up . I knew that he has his heart and mind in the right place . You have to ask yourself how funny it is for a judge to say something like that . At the end of the day he has to make a decision based on facts and I understand that . How even I think it’s important to realize that he is all about being honest in his decisions .
