It doesn't look that way to me, Bob. This kind of buying doesn't come from a new buy alert from a newsletter. This last weekend, Seeking Alpha released another hatchet job on CETX (disguised as an analysis of the high yield of their preferred shares), and it didn't seem to influence an influx of selling.
