But the positives are tainted with a view of expecting a result. You assume that things will work out for shareholders but you do not know.

And the company and the stock are two different entities, it is possible for the company to be successful but shareholders get holding the bag.

There are a lot of preferred shares that will be converted and current share holders will be further diluted, they will also need to take on additional debt to fund operations resulting in more dilution. The company may end of being successful down the road but not without much more dilution to current holders
