3) The creation / purchase of the Series B Shares that gives him voting rights of 50 BILLION shares fr the whopping grand amount of $100.
4) The statement that March 2017, will have a Break-Even Ebita, the month of April 2017, will be the first month in the companies history that will be positive.
5) The same pen used that gave him 100% control of the corporation, thus making the common shareholders a minority voice even if they were to all vote unanimously.
