I would only consider around $75 and that is when I would start considering, not buying which would be obviously at a lower point assuming no bad news. I Think the stock won't hurt anyone in the mid 70's but I don't buy things based on if they won't hurt me I buy things on will they help me, and although I see $90-100 as fv, using the low end of the range which I always do to calculate upside, 12/78 is just a 15% up move clearly not enough upside for me to invest at this point.All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
