Note that this is likely the same ruse he has been doing is previous fluff. Looks like it could take a year or two for the FCC to even look at the product he is claiming he will re-sell.

Just means that his cronies are still hoping for fluff to absorb all those shares they are dumping....not much buying interest. Many investors know that Hop-On can't sell its way out of a soggy paper bag, IMO.
