Yeah, I feel the frustration as well over that. I too expected some updates on the 2yrs audit and uplisting by now, and my common sense tells me that a good time to wrap that up, would have been the end of 2017.

I'm sure the promised 10-k would have preceeded that, but once the uplisting happens, all the issues dealing with a lack of reporting will evaporate, as that is a requirement of the otcqb, be fully reporting and current and above .01

Once the uplisting happens this will run imo.
