Hop-On still in trouble in California.

Did the CEO lie when he said this?
Currently Hop-on IP of California is not in good standing due to filing the State and Federal Taxes. Those tax returns have now been filed. I believe that will resolve the issue with the State of California.

Note that, based on published current processing times for California FTB, if Hop-On did file what was required, they should have been taken off the "forfeited" status, but they have not.
Maybe they found the liens and/or found that Hop-On tried to circumvent their previous Hop-On California forfeited status by creating a new entity, but that entity was exactly the same Hop-On business (if you can call it a business) that the previously-forfeited Hop-On is.

Current status is "forfeited", so it cannot conduct business, enter into contracts, defend itself in court, and could lose the Hop-On name (if someone else wants to reserve it).
