The share structure is much different than I originally thought. My recent research here indicates that there are at least 2 billion shares issued here. I've read into the stock substantially over the last few months and requested paperwork from the State of Delaware. That paperwork appears to be accurate and support the number of shares issued above. Direct Transfer the supposed stock transfer agent was of no help to me.
