TRTC insiders had preferred shares that would have been immune to a R/S.

Those preferred shares have been converted to common, so yes that was a good move for common shareholders.

It was a MAJOR red flag as are all the form 4's.

I expect TRTC to continue putting on lipstick in hopes non-toxic financing can be put in place.
