I was looking at my past R/M plays and looks like all we are going to get is an 8k saying shares will be swapped for the assists of Delfin.
No S1 since I highly doubt Delfin will be selling shares in the future to do anything.
I doubt we see any Form 4,5,or3s.
This is not some half ass venture.

The next 8k is what I'm looking for.
Your thoughts? Anyone.
