But that is a convenient excuse to deflect from the complete incompetence of the CEO. Why had he not updated his investors? I get it that it is a penny stock but didn't Gerald try to present himself as something unique, a CEO that was taking the company from the pink sheets to NAsdaq? He failed miserably. Again, why do you give him a pass? You wouldn't with anyone else?
