WHAT HAPPENS TO BLDV WHEN AMS HAPPENS?
Once AMS becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, what does that mean for the shares we all own in BLDV? Would we then own shares in AMS? Would it be "acquired" by BLDV and be included in the BLDV shares we own?
Looking for some clarification here please!
