GEQU used the offices of Giuseppe Pino Baldassarre and Robert Mouallem. Peter and Malcolm Stockdale started Belgravia Intervest over a decade ago; that became a series of reverse mergers through out the years:

GEQU is the basically the same deal... they create convertibles--take cash in from third party's who in turn dump GEQU shares onto unsuspecting *investors*
