BTW: Blackbridge is already out of business because the SEC was after them so they changed to GPL Ventures but doing the same business. Toxic Financing until no BID is showing.

But anyway there is a certain "Trading" Formula in this so-called Equity Offerings to request funding from GPL and XREE will never reach out this Formula without doing a huge IR/Awareness Run. Never happened to obtain 50 Million USD in Funding. The only thing that will be happened is that GPL will convert a Note issued from XREE to cover some fees at Lowest Price possible to generate millions of Shares what will be dumped into the market. Happened in the past with other stocks and will always happen in the future with clients like XREE who believe having a long-term "institutional Partner" with them... LOL.
