When and Where was the share reduction to be shown? Wouldn't that be shown in the next 10Q financials preceding the PR? There has been no Audited nor unaudited Financial Statement since he announced the share reduction on November 14th. I just don't know where the reduction in OS and AS shares would be documented other than in one of those. I am not a financial guy so I am just asking. I will certainly be looking in the 10Q due Jan. 31st.
