We wouldn't be having this conversation if Beacon Falls had been approved. It was through no fault of FCEL....it was political, just as we have recently seen with solar and wind getting ITC's and fuel cells being left out again. Even the state of CT was so sure FCEL would get the Beacon Falls project that they loaned them $30M at 2% for expansion of FCEL's manufacturing facility.

We may have lost time, but thanks to the state of CT lawmakers, the CT DEEP RFP is going to bring it about....and together with everything else thats going on, the share price will be where it belongs.
