Well I mean ive been wrong before but I just cannot find any other lawsuits besides the 8 that are running concurrently with the 8 qui-tam that have the same plaintiffs bring the actions. Been doing much reading and it does indeed look to be directly related to the settlements of our lawsuits. That plus the heading of the release tells me this can mean only 1 thing. Also, I noticed that it was mentioned the case has been stayed untill march for the parties to potentially resolve the remaining qui-tam lawsuits. This could only be the case if some of the existing suits have been settled. Notice the wording. Cheers and glta
