The title of the article is two physician groups pay over 33 million to resolve claims involving hma hospitals. There was never any separate lawsuits, only the final 8 pertaining to the cvr. It also states these files are directly related to the settlements of the qui-tam suits intervened in by the government. I havent heard or read of any suits with the same profiles running concurrently with the 8 that were amalgamated for the purpose of simplicity and clarity. This 33 million settlement settles 2 of those lawsuits as the article and filings indeed point out. The reason we havent heard anything other than this yet is because they need to disclose in their year end coming up in february. Aimho
