IMO, I agree with all of the love/hate towards Jennifer. At the end of the day, everyone can say anything they want but, one thing she is not is stupid (or broke). Anyone that can pull in that kind of salary from a company in this condition certainly has a very solid plan in place. As shareholders, we stand to do quite well (speaking from an avg cost basis of .053) based on the fact that the 'egg-on-face' look is not one that Simpson is going to wear without a brutal fight - She is WAY too smart for that.
It's just a waiting game now. Mike prob has a good sense of what's happening, although his timing may be off.
