They get shares at 0.0001

First of all, you don't use the par value. You use the prior days closing price in valuing any tranche of shares issued to Livingston. Secondly, AND THIS IS HYSTERICAL you are mis-quoting 0.0001 when the settlement agreement stated 0.00001 par value. It seems you dropped a 0 to make your calculations work. Tsk tsk.

Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement approved by the LAM Order, on December 19, 2017, the Company agreed to issue LAM shares of the Company’s common stock (the “LAM Settlement Shares”), $0.00001 par value (the “Common Stock”).
