Really!! Why would someone want to lose money selling into the bid and slapping the ask? I find it hard to believe that someone is throwing away money trying to show interest in a stock. I see it as someone else getting impatient and selling at a loss to go chase another ticker.. and with news imminent some are anxious enough to get in and slap the ask. I thought about slapping .0018 all day and I hold a nice position here! Making unsubstantiated claims of manipulation is a great way to chase away buyers and inviting a halt. I can think of better ways to buy cheap shares that won't jeopardize everyone's investment..UHLN will be good to go soon enough
