Thanks for the response. Interested in PUF for long-term, the get-rich-quick MJ plays are few and far between.

Question isn't so much about whether the company is real, but rather the Aussie buildout. I haven't completed my DD yet, but it appears getting the license to conduct business once the place is built is arduous. I'm thinking that's why the language used in the PR to describe the Dutch builders as "engaged" rather than saying something like a MOU has been signed (unless I missed that).

On another level, the medical community in Australia is providing a lot of headwinds even with medical marijuana.
