ADTM is going much higher.

The Livingston 8K info was out last Thursday when ADTM traded at .0005 - .0009 (and nonetheless we closed at .0015 today). Although the Livingston settlement will be ongoing for a bit, it's old news which some posters used it to spook others today. (So be it, we're all big boys and girls here. We can deal with spooky talk. They were wrong last week and they will continue to be wrong this week as ADTM updates investors on their new cannabis & crypto operations)

VERY NOTEWORTHY
I'm not sure if anyone caught this but John Strong 'threw us a bone' with the way the Livingston settlement agreement was worded. Good ole Livingston is limited to holding no more than 9.99% of total OS. This is the first time I've seen a debtor (ADTM) phrase a Livingston settlement like this (I'm very familiar with the 3a10 settlement process and agreement having gone through this with several other OTC stocks).

Why is the wording in the Livingston settlement important? Simply because John Strong knows the ADTM stock price is going MUCH HIGHER in the near term and he doesn't want the dilutive overhang from Livingston to linger. He wants Livingston to sell at the lowest prices possible which is why they added that key "9.99% of OS" paragraph. He doesn't want Livingston to accumulate their final 2.5 tranches (about 180 mil sh, or 10% of OS) and treat them as a "Hold".

Based on current fundamentals (the $50 mil financing from the hedge funds only), I'm conservatively valuing ADTM at a penny. If the available financing should increase to $100 mil or $150 mil (or cryptocurrencies come into the mix which I'm expecting) I will adjust my penny valuation accordingly.

VALUATION
If we include the Livingston dilution and use 2.9 Bil OS @ .01, that's a $29 mil market cap which is a conservative valuation imo based on current fundamentals. As John reveals the rest of his poker hand, a .03 -.05 stock price ($90 mil-$150 mil mkt cap) would be quite achievable in the short term. JMO
