Can easily transfer to any other platform. I use fidelity, but it restricts certain non-reporting penny stocks.

I would suggest scottrade and Etrade.. both are great for buying and selling penny stocks.
They don't limit which penny stocks you can buy... They also have low cost trading fees.
Sooo transfer to one of those and you should be good to go.

ALSO!!!... when doing the transfer go ahead and buy another $10k worth of SDVI!
